Digital Services<\/h2>\r\n

Al Saddat provides digital services, including custom software development, web development, mobile application development, cloud solutions, IT consulting, and technical support. As these services are digital in nature, they cannot be physically returned.<\/p>\r\n

Once a project has commenced or a service has been delivered, it is generally considered non-returnable.<\/p>\r\n

Subscription Services<\/h2>\r\n

If you subscribe to one of our recurring services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no additional charges will be made after cancellation.<\/p>\r\n

Refunds for partially used subscription periods are generally not provided unless required by applicable law.<\/p>\r\n

Service Cancellation<\/h2>\r\n

Clients may request to cancel a service before work has started. If no work has been initiated, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.<\/p>\r\n

If work has already begun, any refund will be evaluated based on the completed project milestones, time invested, and services already provided.<\/p>\r\n

Payments<\/h2>\r\n

For your convenience, Al Saddat accepts ACH bank transfers and electronic payment methods<\/strong> for invoices and service payments. If you believe you have made a duplicate payment or have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team immediately.<\/p>\r\n

After verification, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.<\/p>\r\n

Custom Software & IT Projects<\/h2>\r\n

Payments made for custom software development, website development, mobile applications, API integrations, UI\/UX design, cloud services, or other customized IT solutions are generally non-refundable once development has started.<\/p>\r\n

If a project is cancelled before completion, any applicable refund will be determined based on the work completed and project milestones achieved.<\/p>\r\n

Refund Processing<\/h2>\r\n

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5\u201310 business days<\/strong>, although the exact processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\r\n
